My Review:
I started taking Forever Arctic Sea fish oil like seven years ago. During that time I don’t feel the need of taking any fish oil, but since I read that it is good in removing bad cholesterol in my body, I started taking it every time I finish eating oily foods (still not on a daily basis).
One day when I run out of Forever Arctic Sea fish oil, I bought GNC fish oil. You know what! On the second day I took it, I have a terrible headache. I got scared because prior to taking that I feel ok and I didn’t remember doing anything that will give me a headache. So I drank two glasses of water and I sleep (this is what I usually do when I have headache). When I woke up I don’t have headache anymore.
I didn’t take the GNC fish oil for like a week after that incidence (and I didn’t have any headache during the time I don’t take fish oil).
Then one day again I was working on my computer I felt my eyes is a bit dry so I took 1 gel capsule of GNC fish oil again. In one hour or less I have a headache, so this time I’m sure it’s GNC that is causing my headache.
I’m not saying it’s a bad product, but maybe it has something that is not good for my body. After that I said to myself I’m not taking it again. Bottom line I immediately bought another Forever Arctic Sea to relieve my occasional dry eyes and protect myself from fatty foods.
Forever Arctic Sea Product Demo:
The product demo for Forever Living Products Arctic Sea is amazing. They prepared a styro cups and place hot water in it (styro cup represent the bad cholesterol and the hot water our body temperature/blood). The person who made a demo put a hole on Arctic Sea capsule and squeeze the fish oil on the styro cup with hot water. Few minutes later part of the styro cup was melted. Meaning this fish oil is very effective in removing bad cholesterol or fatty deposit in our artery and other parts of our body.
Not all fish oil supplement is effective. My sister read an article that said – most fish oil in the USA came from just one manufacturer. Meaning this one fish oil producer just sell the fish oil to different fish oil food supplement company to repackage it.
Back to present – now that I am on my early 40’s I take 1 gel capsule of Arctic Sea fish oil and 1 Tbsp of virgin coconut oil everyday.
And the benefits I feel and see are:
I don’t feel the symptoms of dry eyes anymore.
My skin looks hydrated even if I don’t apply moisturizer.
Joint and muscle pain during my menstrual period was greatly reduced.
I don’t look haggard even if I’m tired.
I sleep better.
My hair and nails are stronger and look better.
And my eyebags was lessened!
